Because our products are made on demand through third-party providers (Printify, TikTok Shop, and similar partners), returns and refunds are limited. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Each item is printed or produced only after your order is placed.
For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or dislike the product.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace or refund your order if it arrives:
Misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design shipped).
To request a replacement or refund:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Shipping Issues
Casa de Common Sense is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue where possible.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
